Wonderlandmovies realizes the most dynamic video campaign ever.
6.5 million individual videos for every Vodafone customer!
In a time where most customers go online from home, the Hamburg-based agency Track, together with Wonderlandmovies, launched the largest dynamic video campaign Germany has ever seen for its client Vodafone.
Every single one of the 6.5 million customers received, among other channels, via mail and in the Vodafone app their very own, personalized video with precisely individualized offers based on their contract and usage data (such as: first name, data consumption, contract duration, place of residence etc.).
The objective behind this: Maximum exhaustion of cross- and up-selling potentials such as: Bandwidth upgrades, cross-selling of mobile or stationary internet contracts and additional features such as 5G or GigaTV.
For this purpose, each customer's data was fed from the Vodafone contract database in a matter of seconds into an algorithm within the Wonderlandmovies engine, which then assembled all audio, video, text and graphic elements into an individual video in real time.
6.5 million times - for each and every one of Vodafone's 6.5 million customers. Customers have never been addressed in a more targeted, personal and successful way.
